The PCM General Assembly is the main deliberative body of the alliance, comprising representatives from all member micronations. Each nation holds one equal vote, ensuring fairness and equality. The Assembly discusses policies, proposes resolutions, and elects the rotational members of the Security Council. It serves as the voice of all members in guiding the alliance’s direction and development. 

The PCM Security Council serves as the central governing body of the alliance, maintaining peace, unity, and cooperation among member micronations. It consists of Four permanent members with veto power and Three rotational members elected annually by the Supreme Council. The Council oversees resolutions, treaties, disputes, and membership matters, with all major decisions requiring the approval of the three permanent members. 

The PCM promotes peace and stability among its member micronations through collective cooperation and mutual respect. Each member nation is encouraged to contribute to alliance activities—such as humanitarian aid, cultural exchange, and development projects—based on its capacity. Through unity and shared effort, the PCM strives to maintain harmony and progress across all its members. 

The PCM Court of Cassation serves as the highest judicial authority of the alliance. It reviews disputes, interprets the PCM Charter, and ensures that all member nations act in accordance with alliance laws and resolutions. Its judgments are final and binding within the jurisdiction of the PCM, promoting justice, fairness, and unity among member micronations.

The PCM is committed to preserving and protecting the natural environment across all member micronations. It encourages sustainable development, responsible resource use, and cooperation on environmental challenges such as pollution and climate change.
